Key Responsibilities
- Outreach to podcasts
- Create a list of podcasts and reach out to them on behalf of client
- Hand off warm leads to client
- Send bio and headshot
- Repurpose podcasts into content / newsletter
- Research social media trends
- Create Canva templates using branding and colors
- Create and manage monthly newsletter
- Manage YouTube shorts
- Post consistently on Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube shorts
- Manage Amazon storefront
- Create a list of local bookstores based on where client would be for upcoming book signings
- Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
- Platforms:

- Asana / Trello / Structure

Requirements
- Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube shorts, and Meta
- Experience in social media / digital marketing (a must)
- Deadline oriented
- Intuitively organized
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter
- 10 hours per week with availability to increase around book launch
- Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zone
