NEEDS
- Coordinate development of financial plans for individuals and businesses
- Monitor plan performance
- Interact daily with clients in a professional and personable manner
- Manage various administrative tasks
- Must be located in Jackson, Mississippi metro area or willing to relocate
- Platforms: Microsoft, RedTail
Requirements
- Experience in finance (a plus)
- Experience / interest in insurance / finance (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills - time management, prioritizing tasks, working with deadlines
- Strong organization skills - time management, prioritizing tasks, working within deadlines, even if ambiguous environments
- Proactive, take initiative, exercise good judgement, discretion and confidentiality in all tasks
- Adaptable, learn new things, flexible with new systems, tools, processes
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, clients, colleagues, people inside and outside of the firm
- Effective in team environment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on additional project work / responsibilities
- Decision maker
- Ability to be in-person 5 days a week (8:30am-5:00pm)

- $40,000 Salary + health insurance on first day of employment and retirement plan on the first year anniversary
