| Detailed job description - Skill Set: | Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Have complete ownership for preparing test automation solution, designing automation frameworks and lead the implementation of test strategy, test plans and test execution.
- Building QA practices by creating and integrating automation tests.
- Deliver and lead test execution activities.
- Develop automation strategy and frameworks across our web applications and APIs.
- Working with the wider product team to deliver roadmap objectives in a timely manner.
- Communicate with team members to determine the best solutions to difficult problems.
- Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability.
- Develop and implement clear quality assurance policies, plans and processes to support each phase of product development and ensure deliverables are tested to the required standard.
- Collaborate with engineers to help resolve issues identified during testing and provide support for production releases.
- Maintain Jira updated with the latest status of the projects.
- Actively participate in meetings related to the project with other developers and managers.
- Identify implementation risks and analyse potential impacts on the enterprise and on the achievement of scheduled objectives.
