We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our finance team at Wild Nutrition as a FP and A Analyst, on a fixed contract to cover maternity leave. The role has a focus on supporting the e-commerce channel of Wild Nutrition, as well as the overall business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to actively contribute to strategic decision-making through insightful data analysis and insights, all within the context of our commitment to holistic well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams, including e-commerce, finance and operations, to provide data-driven insights that drive strategic financial and commercial decision making and other activities, such as online campaign optimisation and customer journey improvements.
- Centralise data from multiple platforms and use data visualisation to present and shape insights into compelling data stories, influencing business planning for key stakeholders.
- Provide analytical support to assess the commercial impact of e-Commerce initiatives and strategies to enable data-driven decision making.
- Financial modelling and commercial scenario planning experience.
- Create and maintain regular informative data visualisations, reports and dashboards, using tools like Tableau or Power BI, for tracking key business metrics
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data validation and quality control procedures.
- Support the development of internal digital analytics methodologies and tools based on user requirements, always factoring in automation and scalability.
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision making by championing the use of data to better understand performance and make decisions.
- Continuously seeking new ways to understand and leverage data.
Requirements
- Qualification in Business, Accounting (CIMA/ACCA), Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data and insight analysis within industry, with a strong preference by us for experience in an ecommerce environment.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Shopify, App analytics, Google Analytics, ERPs, CRM platforms, SQL, Excel), as well as data visualisation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with various stakeholders.
- An understanding of how data relates to our overall business, our customers, and the market.
