Wild Nutrition are the experts in women's nutritional health and leaders in Food-Grown® supplements. We are looking for a passionate, driven Sales Support Administrator, with great communication and problem solving skills.

Reporting directly into our Head of Trade Sales, You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for our trade sales team. This role is varied and will involve liaising with key retail customers and providing administrative support to the retail sales team.

This role is open to junior or graduate candidates to develop superb professional experience. With excellent benefits including flexible hours and hybrid working ( 3 - 5 days p/w office based).

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide administration support to the sales team - Support field and office-based team as required.
  • Monitor incoming enquiries and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner and input into the CRM system where applicable.
  • Assisting and training trade customers in using our trade order portal
  • Placing trade orders
  • First point of contact for trade customer care
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and resolve delivery issues
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Maintain and update trade portal
  • Administration support in preparing sales pitches/presentations
  • Work in direct contact with all teams across the business including Logistics/Marketing/Finance and with a problem-solving mind to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Actively promote Wild Nutrition directly to our customers through regular calls, emails and information.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally

Requirements

  • A Graduate or a candidate with some administrative exposure, whether from education, work or voluntary experience, looking to join a company who are keen to develop you
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude is essential
  • Excellent organisation skills, able to cope with a busy and varied workload with a range of responsibilities
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products ( especially word and excel) and Google suite
  • Excellent communication skills to support and liaise with both your team colleagues and with customers, dealing with wide ranging queries
  • Able to prioritise and work to different deadlines
  • Eager to develop your career within a business where your hard work will be recognised
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Highly self-motivated with a can-do attitude and the ability to excel within the dynamic demands of a rapidly growing company
  • Ideally located a short travel distance from our office in Lewes, Sussex
