<p>We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our team. This role involves the assembly, construction, and quality assurance of specialized electrical and mechanical products, including our industry-leading Cathelco products such as Anti-Fouling (AF), Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ballast Water Treatment (BWT), and Hot Water Systems (HWS).</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Electrical Control Panel Assembly</strong>: Assemble and construct electrical control panels and specialized products for AF and ICCP systems.</li><li><strong>Cathelco Product Assembly</strong>: Work on the assembly, refurbishment, and construction of RO, BWT, and HWS systems.</li><li><strong>Product Testing and QA</strong>: Assist with base testing, quality assurance, and documentation for all assembled products.</li><li><strong>Project Support</strong>: Collaborate on electrical and mechanical projects and support technical production for all product groups.</li><li><strong>Detailed Reporting</strong>: Produce detailed reports for system refurbishments and overhauls, outlining recommended works.</li><li><strong>Documentation and Packaging</strong>: Prepare equipment for shipment, including packaging and submitting relevant documentation.</li><li><strong>Technical Collaboration</strong>: Work closely with the technical department to enhance system designs and software.</li><li><strong>Customer Inspections</strong>: Assist with customer-witnessed Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and inspections.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure the timely delivery of production and sales orders as per job cards and deadlines.</li><li>Maintain high standards in line with workshop policies, ISO 9001 standards, and the company handbook.</li><li>Contribute to the construction of specialized, bespoke builds, including RO/HWS units and military-grade AF/ICCP modules.</li><li>Support QA and QC activities within the manufacturing and production environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in electrical and mechanical assembly and production.</li><li>Strong understanding of quality standards and ISO 9001 compliance.</li><li>Familiarity with technical production and customer inspection processes is preferred.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and departments.</li></ul><p><strong>Join Us</strong><br>This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, global company with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability and innovation.
