Our sales organisation consists of 25 people with further roles to be hired this year. We've not had someone own sales enablement previously, so this is an opportunity to have a huge impact on our sales process, methodology and people. Working with stakeholders to define what a world-class sales organisation looks like and building a scalable programme that supports our growth goals. </p><p>In this role, you will increase win rates and support sales plays at midmarket, enterprise and customer upsell, embed consultative best practices in terms of customer engagements and increase employee productivity. You'll get to collaborate with top product marketing and sales leadership to make data driven decisions on improving performance.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities 🤘</strong></p><ul><li>Define Sales Enablement priorities, in line with sales strategy &amp; business OKRs</li><li>Cross-functional work with sales, customer success, marketing, product marketing, sales Ops, CX and support</li><li>Document relevant tribal knowledge and best practice that are currently spread across various members of the organisation</li><li>Assess, design and drive the adoption of sales enablement processes to support the organisation growth</li><li>Design, build, manage and drive adoption of sales content in collaboration with product / product marketing / partnerships / CX teams, including case studies, playbooks, competitive information, persona understanding and other custom work.</li><li>Embed a consultative approach that supports setting and meeting customer expectations from first contact throughout sales cycle, implementation and renewal</li><li>Design, build and deliver sales training programmes (skills, product, tools &amp; processes)</li><li>Facilitate a shift to prospecting / proactive revenue generating sales behaviours</li><li>Design, build, manage and facilitate onboarding programmes to support new joiners’ effectiveness in their respective roles</li><li>Deliver and drive the adoption of sales enablement and leadership effective coaching practice</li><li>Organise recurrent sales events such as Revenue kick-off and QBRs</li><li>Create a sales enablement data playbook to identify the impact of initiatives and where effort needs to be prioritised</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What are we looking for? </strong><strong>🔎</strong><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience in <strong>Sales Enablement</strong>, with experience of building sales enablement programmes from scratch </li><li>Experience working in <strong>complex enterprise SaaS sales</strong> (as a salesperson or sales enablement professional) </li><li>Experience <strong>working with sales people at all levels</strong>, from SDR's to Global Account Directors. We'll need you to create a programme that developers people at all levels </li><li>Deep knowledge of <strong>MEDICC and MEDDPICC, </strong>building out playbooks, processes and training based on these methodologies and embedding them within sales teams </li><li>Come from a <strong>Sales background</strong>, preferably in tech, fin tech, &amp;/or SaaS dealing with the <strong>full customer sales cycle</strong> from prospection to close</li><li>Strong <strong>communication</strong> and <strong>facilitation</strong> skills, as well as instructional design</li><li>Strong <strong>prioritisation</strong> and <strong>organisational</strong> skills, with the ability to manage several project streams in parallel</li><li>Experience with <strong>content management</strong> and <strong>learning management</strong> systems</li><li>A strong understanding of the <strong>sales environment</strong>, including sales content, tools and process</li><li>Nice to have: sales leadership experience </li></ul><p><br></p><ul></ul><p>Even if you don't meet all of the requirements for this role, we encourage you to apply!
