*This is an on-site position and will require reporting to our headquarters location in Santa Clara, CA.*

About the Role:

At Anatomage as an Accounts Payable, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of the company, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, as well as payments. What You’ll Do

• Process vendor invoices by meticulously examining invoices for accuracy and completeness, verifying they match purchase orders and receiving reports.
• Ensure proper approvals by obtaining necessary approvals before processing payments.
• Handle employee expense reports as well as process and verify employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies. 
• Create purchase orders and place orders with vendors as needed.
• Perform data entry for accounts payable transactions with precision.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements, ensuring accuracy in our financial records.
• Log daily accounting activities related to outgoing funds.
• Vendor management: Maintain vendor records and ensure all contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams regarding accounts payable matters.

Requirements

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred 
• Proven experience (2+) years in accounts payable or a similar finance role 

Qualifications: 

• A keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using NetSuite and Concur is a plus.
• The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
