Extensive experience in leading the team including the business users

Good understanding of HR Domain is a MUST preferably on Oracle HCM Cloud techno-functional

Communication - Verbal, Documentation, interacting with leadership, business stakeholders, IT stakeholders is a MUST and should have proven experience

12+ years of experience in HR Domain

Techno-functional knowledge is preferred

Preferred / Good to have Skills

BI Datawarehouse project experience with a good conceptual knowledge

ETL preferably Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)

Oracle Cloud HCM

PeopleSoft HR

Oracle OBIEE / OBIA

Oracle Analytical Cloud
