Senior BA & Product owner - Banking experience

Sarmad is a leading Software institution requiring a Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner with a strong background in the banking industry. The Senior BA & Product Owner will be responsible for ensuring that bank services and products align with the needs of customers and the overall business goals of Sarmad. This is a high-visibility role in the company, and the successful candidate will have a significant impact on the success of Sarmad.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering from internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to define and prioritize enhancements and new features.
• Organize and lead agile product development lifecycles.
• Work with other departments to ensure successful product implementation and sustainability.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve business operations and processes.
• Ensure that product roadmap and releases align with business goals and customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role in a banking or financial services organization.
• Banking / Financial sector experience -- MUST
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong experience serving as a product owner, developing and maintaining backlogs, and driving value creation for customers.
• Experience in managing end-to-end product development and delivery, from ideation to launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with senior management stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern data analysis and visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor degree in Management, Finance, Computer Science or related fields.
