Summary
The Guest Experience Coordinator will serve as our first impression officer. He or she will be the custodian of Advance Financial’s service culture and will demonstrate a Friends Helping Friends posture at every interaction. The Coordinator will control the guest experience from beginning to end. Direct guest and employee-facing activities will give the Coordinator critical opportunities to personally deliver exceptional service and serve as a role model to all in attitude and performance. The Coordinator will report to the Director of Customer and Employee Experience but will have significant interaction and coordination with the Office Manager.

Physical Demands
This is a fast-on-your-feet position requiring routine physical activity. The coordinator will ‘beat the greet’ and personally open the door and transfer guests to their destination. He or she will prepare rooms for guest visits and clean rooms in between visits. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
