This role is a critical position within the evolving Sales Team. It represents our full commercial offering to local and direct customers.

The Account Director role is an individual contributor role both internally and externally; responsible for driving revenue and developing an agency market sales approach across prDOOH, DOOH and traditional Out of Home. You will enjoy the opportunity to have access to our full portfolio of products. It will be your responsibility to build the Drovo brand in your area.

The Sales Team sits at the heart of our business; a key function of this role is ensuring you are working effectively with all functions across the business to help our customers unlock the potential of Drovo.

As a critical role within the Team you will be expected to actively contribute and shape our culture through ideas, energy and passion for all initiatives.

Requirements

  • Responsible and accountable for the revenue delivery across all products within the London region.
  • Develop a lead sourcing strategy, (including using the current tools and partners we use at Drovo) to book your own sales appointments and sell direct to businesses within your patch.
  • Lead pitches and build proposals across the full Drovo portfolio of products.
  • Manage a sales pipeline to ensure the sales funnel is effective and satisfies your sales targets.
  • Proven ability negotiate and close sales.
  • To be the escalation point both internally and externally within your patch.
  • Work effectively with all Drovo colleagues, across all teams.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day business.
  • Develop influential relationships across your patch.
  • To be a Drovo ambassador and an architect in the shaping of the new sales culture.


What you will need

  • Previous media agency sales experience in London. OOH experience is an advantage.
  • Experience of using CRM tools to manage your client base.
  • Well presented, professional and articulate. This is a client facing role and you will be representing the brand.
  • Ability to work remotely and infield - with access to the London Head office whenever required.
  • Problem solving mindset.
  • Tenacity, energy, and drive.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit who embraces innovation and change.

In the first few months, you would have:

  • Introduced and met with all key influencers across your patch and established an external contact plan with your CRO.
  • Developed a cohesive business plan with your CRO to deliver against key product and revenue goals for quarter ahead.
  • Developed a cadence and lead strategy to align with commercial goals, priorities and targets.
  • Worked closely with your CRO to agree the rhythm of the week for your area of the Sales Team (i.e team meetings, forecasting, huddles, client meetings).
  • Spent time with key specialist departments that support the day to day running of the Sales Team to build key relationships.
  • Have a clear view on how you plan to develop the Agency patch in the next 6 months (alongside the CRO).
  • Developed a personal development plan and personal goals with your CRO.
