Scope of the role: -

As a Salesforce Architect, you'll leverage your expertise in consulting, customer engagement, and technology to assist clients in navigating digital business transformations. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and architecting solutions on the Salesforce platform, catering to engagements ranging from enterprise-wide digital strategies to focused proofs-of-concept on emerging technologies.


Responsibilities: -

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Salesforce integration and extension, advising on solution design and features
• Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and custom extensions, leveraging Salesforce API, APEX, Visualforce, and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions aligning with key business processes.
• Provide oversight on development, validation, and deployment plans, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Lead the technical design specifications and ensure correct architecture.
• Serve as a Team Lead for all Salesforce integration and development activities, also acting as a technical lead for specific industries/verticals.
• Work with leadership to provide strategic guidance and roadmap recommendations for client portfolios.
• Directly supervise team members and provide best practices guidance to developers and client technical teams.
• Partner with Leadership and client to define, scope, and conduct product demonstrations for various custom solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders & clients to understand the problems, requirements and propose solutions.
• Evangelize technologies in Salesforce user community   

Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in Salesforce.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and limitations.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration using declarative tools.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, database design, and data management principles.
• Experience with data migration and data quality best practices in Salesforce.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Must have experience of Integration with other platforms/systems using SOAP and REST based architecture.
• Should have Knowledge of platform limitations and mitigation strategies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile software implementation methodologies.
• Leadership skills in guiding customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technology for business use cases.
