The Role:
As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll lead value driven demonstrations and lead POCs that may include scoping integrations to ensure seamless adoption of Affinity’s CRM platform. As a secondary responsibility, there are opportunities to deliver tailored demonstrations and support Affinity for Salesforce. Integral to the Go To Market team, you'll report to the Manager, Solutions Engineering, playing a pivotal role in bridging sales, customer success, product, and engineering. Your expertise in technical scoping, security, value-selling, and storytelling will boost close rates, retention and success, while your insights gather references, case studies, and feedback, establishing you as the Affinity expert.

Please note that the role compensation details below reflect the base salary only and do not include any variable pay, equity, or benefits. This represents the salary range that Affinity believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting, that it will pay for the posted job.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,600 - $158,000 USD Base. In addition, this position is also eligible to receive commission based on departmental KPIs. Within the range, individual pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant.
