As a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns with a strong focus on technical components. You will manage marketing tools, ensure seamless data flows and integrations, and handle multiple projects concurrently.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of marketing databases and CRM systems
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools and workflows
- Ensure seamless data flows between marketing systems, identifying and resolving integration issues
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the marketing team
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for marketing processes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to support various marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align marketing activities with business goals
- Train and mentor junior team members on marketing operations best practices
- Evaluate, select, and implement new marketing technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
What you need to have:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or related role
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience with analyzing data and providing insights
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), CAN-SPAM laws, deliverability best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
