About the Role
ClickTime is searching for a Product Manager to join our small but mighty product team. You'll be hands-on in practically every dimension of creating product, from interviewing customers to writing detailed specs and everything in-between. You love solving a customer's problems with intuitive technology, and you're excited to share that success with your colleagues every day. You draw insights from customers with unmet needs and you spend your days solving them. And for you, nothing in this world is more gratifying than their glowing product feedback.
Responsibilities
- Support product roadmap
- Gather insights internally (client-facing, marketing, sales), externally (existing customers), and through market research to make informed product decisions
- Deliver product requirements, user stories, technical product specifications, and prototypes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during dev sprints
- Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and sector activity
- Analyze metrics (engagement, usage patterns, feature uptake)
- Support go-to-market activities, including training and marketing assets
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in product management or working alongside a product management team
- Experience incorporating LLMs and/or machine learning into products
- Familiarity with enterprise customer requirements (security, privacy, compliance)
- Previous experience in a technical role is preferred, or experience working closely with engineering teams
- Strong impulse to make yourself more efficient - using all the latest tools and technologies.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability toward everything you create
