Contract type: Permanent
Salary: Grade 3, £21,642-£24,351 per annum (depending on skills and experience). Please note, for internal applicants the salary will be reflected by pay and award policy
Working arrangements: 35 hours a week. Standard working hours between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.Hybrid working, with a minimum of 6 days per month in the office. Due to the nature of the events, flexibility for days in office may be needed
We’re looking for a well-organised confident communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The successful applicant will support the Education Directorate to deliver a wide range of our educational activities including; face to face and virtual workshops, accreditations and e-learning courses.
This post will provide administrative and event co-ordination support for all the above activities, from initiation of an activity to on the day front of house support and organisation and follow up. The directorate is expanding, activities are increasing, and we need a strong team player to help us deliver our portfolio.
We are looking for a well-organised, confident and capable person, who is a strong communicator and has a keen eye for detail. This is a busy team and we need someone who is; experienced in a busy office environment; good in front of house activities and can also work online; is flexible and willing to support different areas of the directorate portfolio; and who thrives on managing multiple activities at the same time.
