RN Step Down

• Focuses as an ICU Stepdown. Occasional Drips, Higher Oxygen Support.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
• COVID Patients will be managed in this location.

• Current ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications preferred
• Current State Registered Nurse License
• Prefer 2 Years, Will accept 1 Year of experience.
• Basic computer proficiency inclusive of ability to access, enter, and interpret computerized data/information.
• Organizational skills to set priorities and efficiently complete assigned work.
• Ability to effectively delegate appropriate patient care activities.
