Job Description: ****NO LOCAL TRAVELERS*****
Shift: 7a-7p Every other weekend required and some holidays possible.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ACLS, BLS TNCC and PALS preferred
1.5 years of experience
Must be able to read and interpret Telemetry independently.
Trauma center/ large hospital experience strongly preferred
UNIT SPECIFIC 35 bed general ICU seeing a wide spectrum of patients including trauma, medical, cardiac, neuro
Very high acuity
Ratio 1:1 or 1:2 Travelers float first 1 shift of unit orientation 400+ bed level I trauma center and magnet hospital. These positions are for critical care RN's for Medical Center.
Candidates must be willing to float to ICU SD units if needed within Medical Center.
Candidates must have experience working in a fast paced environment and be able to provide maximum flexibility and dependability.
These are units with extremely high acuity and complex patient populations.
The ratio will typically be 1:2 on critical care units with ability to go to 1:1 if needed.
The 1:2-3 for ICU SD.
