Our patented technologies provide unprecedented reliability for the most business-critical applications and our products are now also being used in building automation solutions, and in heavy industry applications.</p><p>Replacing cables in buildings, with wireless communication, adds value through easier and more flexible installations, lower maintenance costs, and, by using a wireless mesh topology, an increased range over an entire building. With the number of cable installations in buildings around the world, the future possibilities are endless.</p><p><strong>About the team</strong></p><p>The Nordic sales team within Building &amp; Infrastructure Control Systems (B&amp;ICS) currently consists of three Sales Managers based in Gothenburg. We have ambitious growth targets and are now expanding the team with a Sales Engineer and a Distribution Sales Manager. </p><p>The sales work is based on two different business models: end-user products and Design Wins, and is targeted at three main groups:</p><ul><li>End-users (installers, system integrators, and property owners).</li><li>Distributors.</li><li>OEMs (such as Swegon, SKF, and Honeywell).</li></ul><p><strong>Your future</strong></p><p>As a Sales Engineer, you’ll act as the bridge between LumenRadio and our customers, always ready to provide support and educate. With your knowledge of our products, you’ll be a trusted advisor in ongoing and new projects, helping drive additional sales by being the go-to partner. Most of your time will be spent out in the field with customers, whether you’re training our distributors, attending trade shows, or jumping in at different stages of a project. You’ll work closely with the rest of the sales team, becoming an essential part of their everyday efforts in increasing our sales and driving growth.</p><p>Your tasks will include:</p><ul> <li>Building long-term relationships with our customers (consultants within building automation and lighting control, system integrators, property owners, distributors, and similar).</li> <li>Acting as an expert on our products and how they can be implemented in different customer projects with focus on solving customer problems.</li> <li>Acting as the link between our customers and our R&amp;D department.</li> <li>Training customers onsite regarding installation and usability.</li> <li>Being on the road 2-3 days per week to visit customers, attending trade shows, customer events etc.</li> <li>Build business cases together with customers.</li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>For the role to be a good match, we believe that you:</p><ul><li>Have experience in B2B sales.</li><li>Have previous experience or a strong interest in technology, preferably, but not necessarily, within building automation, lighting control, wireless communication, electrical installation, home automation, or similar.</li><li>Are energized by meeting customers and thriving in a social and outgoing work environment.</li><li>Have strong self-leadership with the ability to prioritize and structure your daily tasks.</li><li>Are skilled in giving presentations to both large groups and individuals.</li><li>Are fluent in Swedish and English.</li><li>Have a driver's license.</li></ul><p>It is advantageous if you also have:<br></p><ul><li>Experience from<em> </em>protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, DALI, KNX or similar.</li><li>Experience from working with wireless solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>Diversity and culture</strong></p><p>We are on a mission to replace all cables in the world, and we are looking for you who share our passion for cutting-edge technology!
