We seek a driven and experienced Director of Enterprise Solutions to join our sales team and contribute to our growth and success.

Role Overview: As the Director of Enterprise Solutions at eVisit, you will lead our efforts in establishing new business partnerships within your designated territory. Your primary responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new opportunities, guiding prospects through the entire sales process, and achieving quarterly and yearly quotas for new hospital partnerships. This role is crucial in driving eVisit’s mission forward by expanding our reach and impact in the healthcare industry.

Requirements

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Articulate eVisit’s value proposition to physicians, hospitals, and key stakeholders, demonstrating how our solutions can meet their needs and enhance their operations.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory, focusing on hospitals and health systems.
  • Maintain an active presence in the industry by attending relevant conferences and staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
  • Guide potential clients through the contract negotiation process, ensuring alignment and satisfaction with eVisit’s offerings.
  • Keep the Salesforce pipeline and sales activities meticulously up-to-date to support accurate forecasting and communication within the team.
  • Identify and qualify high-value enterprise prospects, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

  1. Client Transition and Post-Sale Engagement:
  • Ensure a seamless handover of new clients to the Implementation Team, Account Manager, and Client Success Manager, fostering a smooth transition and continuity in service.
  • Identify and facilitate upsell opportunities within the first six months of the contract, or transition ongoing upsell initiatives to the Relationship Manager after this period.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.

  • Experience:
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in new business sales or account management, preferably within healthcare technology or a related industry.
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Demonstrated success in building relationships with hospitals and health systems, leveraging these connections to execute eVisit’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • In-depth understanding of healthcare business models and the incentives driving health systems, including how IT and digital health solutions contribute to financial, operational, clinical, and strategic goals.
    • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), and experience with software products that integrate with these systems.
    • Knowledge of core hospital operating systems (e.g., revenue cycle, scheduling, digital front door) to support eVisit’s integration and partnership strategy.
    • Ability to articulate how eVisit’s technology integrates with existing systems and processes to stakeholders.
  • Sales Expertise:
    • Skilled in navigating complex health system executive structures to successfully deploy and expand SaaS solutions.
    • Strong grasp of market penetration, market development, and market segmentation strategies.
  • Personal Attributes
    • Excellent communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proactive, with a hunter mentality, consistently seeking out and developing new opportunities.
