Commercial division

  • Marketing & Partners – management of marketing campaigns, research, definition of audiences, promotional activities
  • Business Development - key department of the company growth, delivery of high value solutions to enterprise clients, headhunting new account, market research
  • Customer Onboarding – anchoring new business through a comprehensive introduction and setup by operational experts. Our foremost aim is securing the best possible start through tailored solutions and leaving a professional experience and lasting impression
  • Customer Success – the Customer Success organization is managing our existing customer portfolio, and do so from the mindset that Customer outcome + Customer Experience = Customer Success
  • Commercial Excellence – Consists of our OnDemand team (direct client-facing interactions, where a Customer Advisor manages a large portfolio of accounts that have been active with LanguageWire as well as answers incoming leads generated by the Marketing team) and Consulting team (develop our existing customers in close collaboration with our Customer Success Teams)

Tech divison

  • Application Support - Support our internal users, vendors (translators) and end-customers and ensure they all have the needed support and communication as they deserve. This includes communication with users on issues, updates and general questions when using our platform. With our application support team, you will be at the center of the communication within LanguageWire
  • Core Platform & Product Management - cross-functional team that is responsible for developing, building, maintaining, and running the core services of the LanguageWire platform. The core of our platform is where we manage localization projects and ensure smooth and highly automated workflows for all users. Here you will be building the central part of our platform, that most of our users (customers, internal users, vendors/validators) will be interacting with on daily basis.
  • Core Language Services - Our team delivers the core translation functionality as a set of micro services. Our services are document oriented. We do a lot of processing - both synchronous and asynchronous, writing various parsers, readers and writers. Our services also store records in databases on the SQL Server. We use Entity Framework, but then validate generated SQL queries and execution plans
  • Language Tools - we deliver the tools that our vendors use in their work translating and proofreading. These are everyday work tools that are paramount for our Vendors to work efficiently. The Smart Editor is the most used product here and built in the latest technologies and with a well-designed UI
  • Machine Learning - our dedicated machine learning team builds neural machine translation engines and natural language processing solutions that are completely customized to our customer’s needs. Our quality stance is that our NMT solutions should produce content that is as good as human translation. We believe that by applying artificial intelligence techniques consistently throughout our platform, we can deliver exciting new language services and truly revolutionize the industry
  • Platform Integrations - our dedicated Platform Integrations tribe makes sure that our customers can easily connect their content sources to our platform. We believe that delivering content to our platform and sending the localised content back to the customer's systems should be an enjoyable, user-friendly experience. We can only achieve this if the complete content-flow is fully digital, using modern API technology. We've provided connectors to bespoke systems and to the most-used enterprise CMS systems like Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore and Drupal
  • Platform Finance Services - our Platform Finance Services team builds our payment systems and infrastructure. We ensure that our vendors are paid on time and according to the agreed pricing and that our customers can see what, why and when they are paying for the services.
  • Tech Enablement - expert team supporting all other teams on architecture, data, security, performance and QA. We establish company-wide processes & conventions, do PoCs for new technologies or ideas, and get our hands dirty working with the different teams. Our end goal is to push our development organization towards the best tools, technologies, and processes so we can produce software up to the highest standards.
  • Foundation - is the name of the team that works on shared infrastructure for stream-aligned teams and shared third-party platforms and tools, in particular, Azure Governance, core networking, and observability platforms. As well we own shared chunks of business logic and lead non-functional requirements implementations across all parts of organization.

Operations division

  • Vendor Relations & Quality Excellence - is responsible for building and managing a loyal vendor pool that supports LanguageWire daily operations and future growth in terms of revenue, service, quality and profitability, while being a dedicated point of contact for our external language experts
  • Business Support - mostly an entry level back office administrative role to support LanguageWire's business at large, allowing Customer Success Managers in the regions to spend more time with their customers. The team takes over the quoting process as well as a lot of finance and platform support (like PO number chasing and the creation of new invoicing accounts among others). A very international team, where German, Danish, Swedish and English gets spoken with the respective in-house teams.
  • DTP - Our desktop publishing experts are a very important link in the translation chain, adding incredible value to the final delivery of services to our customers. We work very closely with translators, operation solutions and customer success to ensure that the translated content retains the same impact as the original.
  • Localization Engineering - We combine translation with technology. A website or software program is broken down into its structural building blocks to produce translations that make the program work in the target language, and then reassembled in that language. Our services include software localization, e-learning localization, conversion and software testing, and other tasks as specified by the client.
  • Operations Solutions – we are like the efficient and reliable machinery of a Swiss watch, every single one of us has a key role to deliver a customer success story with every project! A group of Project Managers, Leads and Teams Leads working in the most precise and efficient manner to build smooth workflows and processes to convert complex customer demand seamlessly into quality deliveries.

  • HR Legal & Admin – management of payroll, contracts, hiring process, labor law, maternity leaves…
  • Business Finance - We build & maintain Companywide Reporting with the help of Azure DWH and PowerBI. We collect and report on data from all our IT-Platforms. We are Data Engineers, Data scientists and Finance talents
  • Accounting & Tax - The Finance Department in Languagewire is a dynamic and international department. We are working to support the Languagewire Group in all aspects of finance, accounting and tax.
