As an Account Manager at HappyFox, you will act as the key liaison, fostering strong connections with our customers. Your mission is to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving both retention and expansion through personalized software solutions and expert support.
Responsibilities:
Primary Contact & Customer Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact and vital link between HappyFox and our customers, ensuring seamless communication and support.
Relationship Building & Customer Retention:
Nurture and strengthen existing customer relationships to foster long-term loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Leverage opportunities to retain and grow customers within assigned territories.
Collaboration & Solution Tailoring:
Collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams to provide current and prospective customers with tailored software solutions that meet their unique needs.
Coordinate with sales personnel to offer expert guidance, tailor-made product recommendations, and act as the customer's trusted advisor.
Upselling & Cross-Selling:
Deepen your understanding of our product offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell to customers, maximizing the value they receive from our solutions.
Prospecting & Market Understanding:
Scout within the assigned territory to uncover prospects and understand their business needs, positioning our solutions effectively.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to formulate effective response strategies and make informed decisions.
Contract Negotiation & Profit Maximization:
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability for both the company and customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Sales Strategy & Account Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies for individual customers based on their current and future needs.
Manage the portfolio of accounts, assess customer satisfaction levels, and ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
Reporting & Metrics:
Monitor key account metrics and compile comprehensive reports on sales and other relevant data for informed decision-making.
Transparent Communication:
Communicate transparently with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity across all interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Account Management or a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
Demonstrated expertise in a consultative and value-selling approach, with a strong understanding of the MEDDIC sales methodology.
Proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions and achieving sales targets.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask effectively with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
