Team Description
Pendo's Senior Technical Account Managers (Sr. TAMs) are pivotal in driving customer success by providing advanced technical and strategic guidance to ensure customers maximize the value of Pendo’s platform. Sr. TAMs connect high-level business goals to the sophisticated solutions within Pendo, offering expertise and insights that drive impactful results. Collaborating with enterprise, strategic, and at-risk customers, Sr. TAMs are trusted advisors, guiding them to leverage Pendo to achieve their business objectives. They work cross-functionally with CSMs, ADs, and other internal teams to ensure the successful execution of both current and future business outcomes, accelerating return on investment and expansion.

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in
London - £75,000 - £90,000
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
