Product Manager - Growth

Wolf & Badger is on a mission to make retail fair. Working to support our community of 2000+ independent designers from around the globe, we connect customers with ethically sourced fashion, design, home and beauty through our international online marketplaces and flagship stores in London, New York City and Los Angeles. 

We are a rapidly growing scale-up business, in an exciting new phase of growth, looking to expand our team of c.130 people currently located between London, Málaga, New York and Los Angeles. The role

You will join us as a Product Manager leading our Growth squad. This squad looks after the future growth of the Wolf & Badger marketplace and ecosystem.  This includes ensuring our custom technology stack is both fast and scalable, connects to a variety of global partners, supports brands and customers, and maximises the internal team's efficiency.  This squad handles some of our biggest and most technically challenging projects and is crucial for our growth and success as a business.

You will;

• Use business OKRs and insights to define and execute an iterative product roadmap 
• Communicate the squad priorities and progress to stakeholders across the business
• Monitor key success metrics and identify long-term trends  
• Ensure we maintain velocity and deliver high-quality product
• Help to define and iterate the agile processes for your squad
• Work with the VP of Product to define and influence the wider product strategy
• Speak to our brands and customers to understand the problem space and design better solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

• You have hands-on experience as a Product Manager having delivered creative, innovative and impactful products for B2B and/or B2B2C businesses
• You are well versed in using business OKRs and product insights to collaboratively create product OKRs for your squad
• You have led and empowered a squad by turning OKRs and discovery insights into an impact-led, iterative product roadmap

• As a Product Manager you will have your finger on the pulse regarding new technologies, wider user behaviour trends and market developments to help inform our product direction. You’ll be comfortable pitching new ideas and researching new exciting approaches for us to try
• You are reflective and create considered ‘insight loops’, ensuring as a product and tech function we are always learning from everything we do and baking that learning into our future developments 
• You are not just comfortable with data but excited to get your hands on it and really use it to understand complex problems. You can explore a problem space using your initiative and highlight the potential opportunity areas to your immediate team and wider business

• You will have excellent communication at all levels - be able to motivate squads with clear priorities, productively debate with stakeholders and build long-lasting relationships with external suppliers
• You will be thoughtful and curious when interacting with customers and be able to portray their sentiments across the business which is reflective of their needs
• You are an advocate for and champion product thinking and customer-centric ways of working and are able to create opportunities to share this across the business and the product and tech function
