Roles & Responsibilities	- Demonstrated leadership brilliance, intellectual curiosity and operational excellence - Outstanding organization and planning skills, and strong attention to detail - Expert knowledge of test management processes and technical skills, including an understanding of manual and automated test execution and performance related tools for both software and hardware - Exceptional proficiency in programming languages with demonstrated technical skills including an understanding of automated test script execution and related tools - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing - Ability to manage and delegate numerous concurrent projects - Ability to research and recommend new and enhancements to processes and tools
