Dolead runs paid <strong>marketing campaigns</strong> faster, integrates customer <strong>data</strong> with confidence and generates <strong>sales-ready leads</strong> at a fixed cost per lead.</p><p><em>This is a <strong>permanent position</strong> that can be based in our North American headquarters in the <strong>Boston area (Cambridge),</strong> or as a hybrid remote role in our other North American hubs in <strong>New York City or Chicago.</strong></em></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a data-driven and innovative <strong>Growth Marketing Manager</strong> to drive our performance marketing efforts and unlock new opportunities for scalable growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about <strong>paid performance marketing</strong> <strong>paid</strong> across platforms like <strong>TikTok, Snap, Facebook</strong>. Specific experience with <strong>paid</strong> <strong>social, eCommerce marketing</strong>, <strong>video advertising</strong> and experience in <strong>Native and LinkedIn</strong> is needed.
