We are lucky to have a team of 90+ experts with 13 different nationalities, working remotely and in our offices in France and the US.</p><p>We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power their <strong>growth</strong>. Dolead runs paid <strong>marketing campaigns</strong> faster, integrates customer <strong>data</strong> with confidence and generates <strong>sales-ready leads</strong> at a fixed cost per lead.</p><p><em>This is a <strong>permanent position</strong> that can be based in our North American headquarters in the <strong>Boston area (Cambridge),</strong> or as a hybrid remote role in our other North American hubs in <strong>New York City or Chicago.</strong></em></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a data-driven and innovative <strong>Growth Marketing Manager</strong> to drive our performance marketing efforts and unlock new opportunities for scalable growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about <strong>paid performance marketing</strong> <strong>paid</strong> across platforms like <strong>TikTok, Snap, Facebook</strong>. Specific experience with <strong>paid</strong> <strong>social, eCommerce marketing</strong>, <strong>video advertising</strong> and experience in <strong>Native and LinkedIn</strong> is needed. You will be responsible for testing new marketing strategies, leveraging data for decision-making, and optimizing campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and retention.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across <strong>TikTok, Snap, Facebook</strong>, and other paid social platforms, with a strong emphasis on video advertising.</li><li>Identify, test, and implement <strong>new tools, technologies, and strategies</strong> to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance using <strong>data-driven insights</strong> and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI.</li><li>Own the <strong>testing framework</strong> for marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and reporting.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and growth strategies.</li><li>Influence internal stakeholders and teams like Product &amp; Tech, Traffic Team by effectively communicating insights, recommendations, and marketing impact.</li><li>Oversee <strong>project management</strong> aspects of growth initiatives, ensuring clear objectives and execution plans are in place.</li><li><strong>Assess resource needs and propose solutions</strong> to optimize team capabilities, tools, and budget allocations for effective marketing execution.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>7+ years of experience in performance marketing</strong>, particularly within <strong>paid social</strong> and/or <strong>eCommerce marketing</strong>.</li><li>Strong expertise in <strong>video marketing strategies</strong> for performance advertising.</li><li>Experience in <strong>data analysis</strong> to assess campaign effectiveness and drive decisions.</li><li><strong>Bonus:</strong> Knowledge of <strong>SQL or coding</strong> to enhance data analysis capabilities.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>A/B testing and experiment-driven marketing strategies</strong>.</li><li>Strong <strong>project management skills</strong>, with the ability to set clear objectives and execute against them.</li><li>Ability to <strong>influence and collaborate</strong> effectively across teams.</li><li>Strong ability to <strong>evaluate resources, tools, and budget allocations</strong>, ensuring marketing initiatives are well-supported and optimized.</li></ul><p>If you are a <strong>growth-focused, data-driven marketer</strong> who thrives on testing new strategies and finding innovative solutions, we’d love to hear from you!</p><p></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Healthcare:</strong> AETNA: individual &amp; family - medical, dental, and vision plan</li><li><strong>401K retirement plan</strong></li><li><strong>PTO:</strong> Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life balance</li><li><strong>Flexible remote policy:</strong> up to 2-4 days/week (if you’re based in the Greater Boston area)</li><li><strong>Multicultural environment:</strong> French company with 13+ nationalities represented globally</li><li><strong>Culture:</strong> Fun company and team events!</li></ul><p><strong>Recruitment process:</strong></p><ul><li>Screening call with Yasmina (Talent Acquisition) - 45 mins</li><li>Interview with Emily (Head of Marketing Operations) - 45 mins</li><li>Case study interview - Emily+ 1/2 members of the team - 1h</li><li>Final interview with Hadrien (General Manager - North America)</li><li>Reference checks</li><li>Offer</li></ul><p></p><p><em>Dolead wants to guarantee equality and an opportunity to all candidates.
