• Lead the design and delivery of Under Body sheet metal systems on vehicle programs.
• Deliver components and assemblies with quality that meet function, cost, weight, and timing requirements.
• Develop & maintain quality documents DFMEA, SCCAF, P-diagram etc.
• Collaborate with Studio, Design Technical Office, functional engineers (Frame, Battery structure, Interior, exterior Ornamentation., Electrical etc.), CAD teams, Internal & External suppliers, and Team of 4.
• Lead and manage suppliers to deliver program targets.
• Support current product production and quality efforts.
• Lead durability test failure resolution and counter measures implementation
• Opportunity to lead the Underbody Body sheet metal deliverables on the prototype builds of upcoming products at the pilot plant/assembly plant.
• 5+ years in an Engineering function such as Body structure, Interior, Systems Engineering, or Exterior Ornamentation
• Experience with Ford software: Catia, UGNX, Digital Buck, CAE, Modeling Software, Microsoft Office
