Factory IT Support - 2nd Shift (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and recovery for hardware/software problems; when unable to resolve, escalate to second or third level in accordance with escalation processes
• Escalate hardware related problems to the third-party warranty and non-warranty supplier
• Maintain overall ownership of user's issue and service ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable timeframe
• Record incident resolutions in ServiceNow

• Ability to maintain PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware
• Strong Windows OS knowledge
• Knowledge in MDT, WSUS, Active Directory, and other Microsoft management technologies
• Basic understanding of LAN and wireless network technologies
• Basic IT security knowledge
• PowerShell and light HTML coding is a plus
• Must be able to work 2^nd shift: 4 pm to 1 am

Location: Onsite near Summerville, SC. This is a 2^nd shift role. The 2^nd shift will officially start in March 2024. You will be expected to train during the 1^st shift until that time.
 
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
