Position: Senior Sales Executive
QuickTeam is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for business expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify potential clients and proactively generate leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing timely solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of QuickTeam's services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer support, to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and maintain high client retention rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts to upper management.
- Participate in sales meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to expand professional networks and promote QuickTeam's services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or staffing/recruitment environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive for results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
