Events are a crucial part of Regard’s Brand and GTM strategy. We’re looking for a creative and skilled event manager, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, to plan dynamic and engaging events to support and drive company revenue goals and customer advocacy. The ideal candidate is meticulous and organized with a creative eye. They will be able to coordinate multiple moving parts under pressure and ensure that any last-minute changes or obstacles are handled with minimal disruption. This role will require up to 40% travel for events, conferences, and trade shows.

Responsibilities:
- Strategize, plan, and coordinate company events (e.g., Industry trade shows, hosted field events, webinars, partner events, annual summit, and intimate executive dinners)
- Develop reports and presentations to effectively communicate progress and results
- Execute and manage the entire event from promotion, attendee acquisition, to follow-up. Work closely with the Growth Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales functions on pre- and post-event communications
- Trade Show management for national healthcare shows including contract negotiation, speaker management, invitees, logistics, AV & set up, registration, email blasts, swag requests, etc
- Regularly communicate deadlines and interdependency to ensure established milestones are met
- Manage vendor relationships required to support programs
- Collaborate with design firm on creative ideas for booth concepts and swag
- Develop, track and manage program budgets; generate metric and ROI analysis reporting on program effectiveness
Qualifications:
- 4 years of event management at a B2B SaaS tech company and/or channel marketing, field marketing or related roles in the technology industry
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, knowledge of key event processes and best practices and standards
- Experience owning all event budgets from creating an annual budget to managing it throughout the year
- Experience in organizing creative and beautiful events that stand out from the crowd
- Ability to be a brand ambassador including being on site at events, being a natural relationship builder and a passion for building a community of customers and advisors
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% for events, conferences and trade shows
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge in healthcare
- Experience working in a start-up environment and ability to hit the ground running
Hybrid Work | Location | Work Authorization
- For this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and are within the New York City metro area
- This role will work in the office up to 3 days per week. We may request more frequent in-office work during the onboarding period.
- We will provide relocation assistance to anyone who does not already reside in the NYC metro area
- Hybrid employees have the flexibility to work from locations outside of their home office from up to 6 weeks per year
