Title: Oracle IT Analyst - ManufacturingExperience: 7-12 YearsWork Location: Pune Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Max Key Skills: Oracle EBS, Discrete manufacturing modules (INV,WIP,BOM,PIM, Quality, ENG) and Advance planning (VCP/ASCP) JOB SUMMARYYou will be responsible for working on enhancements, governance, general support, and break-fix in the Oracle Manufacturing modules. You will collaborate with the internal IT team as well as the business users to rectify Oracle functional issues and spec out requirements pertaining to business-requested enhancements.
As an Oracle IT Analyst, Manufacturing, you will:
- Respond to user issues in a timely manner to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Attend meetings to gather requirements for new applications, or modifications to existing applications.
- Be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle application modules.
- Conduct end-user training upon completion of software.
- Collaborate with other IT functional teams to develop processes for end customers.
- Conduct support for solutions deployed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:- 7 to 9 years of experience on Oracle E-business suite with strong expertise on Manufacturing /Planning modules ( Inventory, PDH/PIM, ENG, BOM, WIP,Costing,Quality, MRP/ASCP Planning, Inventory planning)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Equivalent
- Experience in Oracle Manufacturing/Planning end-to-end implementations/Support and modules (Inventory, PDH/PIM, BOM,ENG, WIP,Costing,Quality, MRP/ASCP Planning, Inventory planning)
- PL/SQL and experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.4
- Knowledge of 3rd party integrations with Oracle
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
- Work with Oracle Technical support on SR resolution
- Experience documenting incidents, resolve, or escalate tickets accordingly
- Ability to collaborate with IT and Business to derive the requirements and spec out a solution
- Ability and experience to develop training material and application documentation, as required
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Knowledge of Oracle Distribution and WMS modules.
