Job Description:
*** Creative and Design department is looking for a Creative Brand & Design Asset Management to be support both digital asset management (DAM) and retail packaging. This position is to bring product and marketing closer together, creating more efficiency and have a greater impact in the market.
Digital Brand management is a fundamental part of *** brand. Collaboration with content producers, product imagery, product brand managers, and regional marketing. Your responsibilities will be to review, audit, and manage product imagery, videos, lifestyle/environment, toolkits, web, product box shots and guidelines, distribute/share with stakeholders and to maintain asset lifecycles.
Packaging responsibilities for retail packaging Bill of Material (BoM) throughout the product life cycle; includes part number creation for graphic and documentation, managing and process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). Collaboration with packaging structure engineers, graphic designers, brand and content managers, and launch product managers. You will be part of a passionate, committed & diverse team working to meet product deliveries and on shelf schedules.

Closely managing packaging and brand asset management from end to end. You must be organized and have detail-oriented skills.
Align and communicate with key players on the project/s to meet all deliveries.
Oversee and understand the development of packaging and graphics and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritized and show initiative.
Collaborate with cross function teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives, assure high quality and to meet schedule.
Be a single point of contact of new product launches on packaging structure and digital asset management.
Streamline requests into projects, communicate changes and updates with Localization team on packaging content and drives for best practice.
Key Qualification:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experience to our team:
Previous experience in the retail consumer electronics industry is a plus.
Three years equivalent work experience in the similar industry.
Experience and understand Oracle Cloud-based PLM System.
Ability to use Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Apps
Understand Workfront flow and process.
You must be self-starter and can work with ambiguity.
