We are looking for an experienced Taxation Manager to join the finance team at Nawy Real Estate. As the Taxation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all tax related matters for the company, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all tax planning and compliance activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and property tax.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess the impact on the organization.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities.
- Provide guidance and support to finance and accounting teams on tax related matters.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to support decision-making and mitigate tax risks.
- Prepare and review tax provisions and accruals.
- Ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and recommend tax-saving strategies.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in tax planning and strategy implementation.
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
