Mortgage Loan Processor (Marshall Community Credit Union)

Marshall Community Credit Union is seeking a detailed, motivated team player for a mortgage loan processor position in its Marshall office. The qualified candidate will be responsible for processing conventional and home equity mortgage loans. This would include ordering all necessary documents for each file (i.e.. appraisals, surveys, title work, payoffs, etc.), organizing and maintaining data integrity within the mortgage file and preparation of all required documents necessary for the loan closing. This person will provide excellent member service and have the ability to work and communicate with multiple loan officers and other lending staff. Qualifications include at least one year of previous loan processing experience along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
