The paralegal will draft, negotiate, and maintains databases as well as coordinate policy and procedural steps toward the creation of Consulting, Training, and Development Agreements across the firm. Builds and maintains strong relationships with relevant business groups within the firm. Liaises with Legal, Technology, Information Security, Management Controls and the business divisions. They are expected to uphold the firm's principles, business controls, ethics, policies, procedures and professional standards.
Ideally, we would like to see a paralegal that has some estate administration and/or probate experience.
Skills: |
MS Office, Excel. Strong writing skills. Confidence, legal drafting, negotiation, proven strong communication skills, both verbal and written, excellent interpersonal skills. Proven project management skills. Strong customer service ethic. Excellent problem solving and analytic skills. Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience. |
Education: |
BA or BS degree preferred. |
