Qualifications:

• Secondary Education (High School) required.
• Vocational technical or trade school experience preferred.
• One to two years technician experience in a similar molding operation, preferably with experience on 33 to 350-ton equipment. Additional experience as
• automated machine operation helpful.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the mold setup of Injection Mold Tooling. Responsible for material changes, mold transportation, installation, setup/startup within established validated
• parameters, line clearances where applicable and cleanup of area and equipment. Delivers material to appropriate molding operations and processes scrap from
• molding.
• Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.
• This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company
• documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).
• Follows outlined procedures, safety guidelines, and ensures quality and cost standards are met in order to maintain the company's competitive position in the
• marketplace. Operates pallet jack, forklift, and other material handling equipment. This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all
• applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including but not limited to FDA, Quality Systems
• Regulations, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes).
• Perform all duties within applicable requirements established for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO, company or departmental policies and procedures.
• Perform Line Clearance as required. Maintains neat and orderly work area to ensure efficiency and no safety hazards. Meets all quality, quantity, and good
• manufacturing practices to satisfy customer and Regulatory Affairs requirements.
