Join us as a Project Manager, CEO Office

What you will be doing 
This role is based at our headquarters in Milan,  where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will be a core member of the CEO Office team.
You’ll report to Our Chief of Staff and you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, establish project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle. As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget while meeting exceptional quality standards. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders;
• Planning project implementation activities in detail;
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings and ensure alignment among team members;
• Track project milestones and deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders;
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies promptly;
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders;
• Conduct project evaluations to identify areas for improvement;
• Track project costs and risks and implement cost control measures when necessary;
• Manage, organize and coordinate project teams by engaging all stakeholders (Business, IT, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Control, external suppliers);
• Work closely with Satispay Co-Founders and Key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of top-priority projects.

You have: 

• 4+ years of experience as a project manager in a fast-growing environment;
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively; 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools is a plus.

Knowledge of Italian or other European languages is considered a plus. 

You are: 

• An exceptional leader and team manager with abilities to influence, motivate and create consensus in the project team by solving potential conflicts;
• An excellent communicator and have interpersonal skills to be clear and effective towards all stakeholders involved: colleagues, stakeholders, etc; 
• Passionate about organization and processes, new technologies/trends and emerging methodologies. 

Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
Stock option plan available.
