Instructional Designer | URGENT HIRING!!

Location: Makati
Work Arrangement: 100% On-site | 7 PM to 4 AM schedule

About the Role
As an Instructional Designer, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Training team to design, implement, and optimize training materials and modules. You’ll empower agents with engaging modules innovative that help enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging e-learning modules in Litmos for CX and internal teams.
• Design custom graphics for CX training, marketing materials, and user guides.
• Create and edit instructional PDFs, PowerPoints, and video demos.
• Collaborate with trainers to produce infographics, quick guides, and presentations.
• Maintain knowledge base content in SharePoint.

What You Bring:

• Expertise in visual communication, graphic design, and creativity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Animate, Audition, Media Encoder) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with Litmos or similar LMS platforms (a plus if you can video edit or have HTML/CSS knowledge).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or any related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in instructional design, art, or graphic design in the BPO industry.
• A growth mindset with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
