Job Description: - The role will manage the receipt of inbound express mail packages, the preparation/ scanning of these packages, their retention and ultimate release. The role will act as a POC for a lager global Trade Finance team, pulling and relaying detail associated to the documentation staged onsite.
Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
- Accurately capture, stage and release packages daily. An onsite presence is required to perform these functions, so dependability is critical to success within the role.
Tell me about what their first day looks like:
- A Trade Finance overview will be provided. In addition, training will be provided on the use of the scanning device used to capture images of the packages received, while our retention and mailout functions are reviewed.
What previous job titles or background work will in this role?
- Trade experience would be nice, but not required. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are key factors to success within the role.
RATE RANGE: 14-19/HR (based on experience)
