Partner Attorney (Portable Book of Business)

We are currently working with a leading international law practice exploring new partnership opportunities.

MUST:
Experienced Attorney for Partner level opportunities
Portable book of business
Current background preferences: Corporate and Business Transactions, Entertainment, General Corporate, General Litigation, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Cross Border, Funds Formation, International Trusts and Estates, Business/Finance
Open to other backgrounds/experiences for strategic conversations

DUTIES:
Oversee law business operations, including establishing the communicating and enforcing team values, and contributing to strategic business decisions to achieve overall company goals
Develop senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Responsible for achieving short-term and long-term goals and client satisfaction by evaluating productivity and quality of service and making recommendations for improvement
Establish the financial strategy of the practice, monitoring the monthly budget, anticipating requirements and trends, and evaluating the results
Manage business development, and public relations opportunities by planning, organizing, and speaking at events such as webinars, media events, marketing initiatives, etc.
