IT Compliance Analyst
Contract through end of 2023, + extention

GSTi's biotech client is looking to bring on an IT Compliance Analyst contracting position to backfill for someone who moved into another role as they move forward with the Third Party Risk Management system implementation. This role is very closely aligned with a Business Analyst role but just has a Compliance focus.

Following are the types of activities they would be doing and the skillsets required for the role.

Responsibilities:

Take over and run the weekly training compliance process for the ComplianceWire (CW) system. We run two compliance processes with CW…one for all Client staff for IT policy training and the other for IT staff for all relevant GxP training. They would be configuring and filtering the reports generated from CW, determining how many weeks overdue a staff member is, and then doing the email notifications for overdue training.
Take over and run the weekly training compliance process for the KnowBe4 cyber security training platform. This would be downloading compliance data for various KnowBe4 training modules, configuring and filtering the reports generated from CW, determining how many weeks overdue a staff member is, and then doing the email notifications for overdue training to the staff member and manager.
Assisting with the IT Change Management process by monitoring and running the IT Change Management Extension process.
Running our IT onboarding process – obtaining IT policy acknowledgements for contractors, obtaining/filing resumes and job descriptions as applicable, and maintaining our trackers used for tracking the above information for IT employees and contractors.
Assist in maintaining the IT audit tracker where we track all findings and recommendations coming out of IT audits, assessments and reviews.
Make recommendations for improvements in IT compliance processes.
Other tasks as needed.

The contractor would report to IT Compliance & Risk Management Lead.
This person will also reform other related tasks and/or project work within IT Operations.
