Responsibilities:
• Perform report build, test, and deployment activities
• Resolve all RCT (Report Conversion Tool) listed errors populated from Deski to Webi conversion.
• Recreate complex Deski reports, such as W2 and invoicing reports that contain high degree of formatting details in Webi format.
• Validate webi reports for data consistency by comparing with respective deski report.
• Design, develop and manage universes, Web Intelligence reports, and Dashboards
• Develop complex reports using advanced Business Objects techniques and build ad hoc capabilities into the universes
• Create and document report development standards and processes
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements/Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Oracle database querying using database developer tools : toad , sql developer etc.
• 8+ years of experience with Business Objects Universe Design, Scheduler, Data Integrator, and report development
• Strong Business Objects Report Design (Web Intelligence Reports) development skills, troubleshooting complex reports with multiple queries, prompts, filters, crosstabs, charts, and merge queries
• 5+ years SQL development (Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL)
• Understanding the data models for Oracle ERP modules (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Purchasing, Grants, Human Resource and Payroll) is a significant plus
• Must be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications to ensure the end product meets the user's expectation
• Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills
•
