Planning Engineer

Eram Talent, a division of the ERAM Group, is currently looking for a Planning Engineer to join our team. As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules and plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and plans using project management software.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and objectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• experience as a Planning Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
