Head of Marketing

Mylo, a fintech startup operating in the consumer finance is seeking a Head of Marketing to develop, implement, and oversee the overall marketing strategy for mylo. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and digital marketing. The Head of Marketing will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with the target audience.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
