We are seeking a Recruiting Manager who brings a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, while driving Koddi’s global talent acquisition strategy. We are looking for a leader with proven ability to deliver measurable, high-impact outcomes through innovative recruitment efforts that directly align with business objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing recruitment initiatives that not only meet our immediate hiring needs but also fuel our long-term growth.
Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver tangible results, using data-driven insights and a strategic mindset to continuously optimize the recruiting function and demonstrate clear value to the organization.
What you will do
- Collaborate with key hiring managers and business leaders to drive strategic alignment and consistently deliver an exceptional, results-focused hiring manager experience
- Create and monitor recruitment metrics to assess recruiting effectiveness and predict future opportunities or roadblocks
- Make data driven decisions on recruiting strategies to drive improved hiring efficiency, quality of hires, and alignment with business goals
- Focus on delivering a superior candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting life cycle
- Lead and develop the recruiting team, while continuously improving capability and delivering exceptional results
- Stay ahead of industry trends through networking and benchmarking, and integrate insights to continuously enhance recruiting processes
- Develop and operationalize recruiting strategies that emphasize data analytics, quality, diversity and process efficiency
- Identify and integrate recruitment tools and technologies to enhance recruiting quality and effectiveness
- Cultivate a strong employer brand that aligns with Koddi’s overall branding strategy and helps attract top talent to the agency
What skills and experience you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience with 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team while also maintaining a strategic requisition load
- Deep experience working with applicant tracking systems, internet sourcing tools and social media recruiting.
- Proven ability to develop new and innovative talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting across a wide variety of roles, skill sets and experience levels, from new grads to executives
- Strong technical and data acumen and the ability to use data to drive and continually refine strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, process driven, and well organized
- High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to balance individual contribution with being a strong team player
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
