Vice President RPO Sales
United States (Remote), preferably East Coast
The Vice President of RPO Sales is a leadership role that requires leveraging of industry connections, channel partnerships to secure new RPO Customers & support growth opportunities within existing clients. The role direct reports to Executive Vice President of Sales based out of NYC area & requires close collaboration & team work to increase company's business in the RPO segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster relationships with businesses, leaders, and professional networks continuously, building a pipeline of future clients who are attracted to the Onsite/Hybrid/Nearshore and Co-shore RPO solutions to the direct clients provided by Net2Source.
  • Develop, implement, and manage a sales plan to include strategic relationships with channel partners, industry contacts, and customer prospect opportunities.
  • Maintain prospect pipeline within the established platform.
  • Actively participate in professional organizations geared toward RPO and Total Talent Solutions.
  • Works with EVP to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to promote and increase sales. Works with other departments in the company, when necessary to improve and develop new tools, analyze data, and identify new target accounts or markets.
  • Develops and implements sale strategies to target vertical markets, grass roots penetration and sales strategies specific to business unit and/or geographies. Meet with customers to assess their needs and develop proposal to provide solutions to their staffing challenges.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, market trends, and innovation to position Net2Source as a disruptor in the RPO Solutions space.
  • Drive the coordination, analysis, and support of all sales efforts, in collaboration with internal departments, from the initial conversation with prospects through follow-up meetings, RFI/RFP response management, solution presentation design, and delivery, and determine the best pricing model to provide Net2Source with optimum market advantage to achieve the award of the business.
  • Focus on Business development and diversification in keeping with divisional strategies, financial plans, and profitable growth goals.
  • Achieve financial/sales metrics as outlined by the EVP.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any domain.
  • 10-20 years of experience in RPO or staffing sales (strongly prefer RPO focused sales experience)
  • Experience in selling RPO Services for US Market.
  • Proven ability to partner and communicate with staff and clients, including Executive levels
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal), including high emotional intelligence, the ability to gain acceptance of ideas, and the ability to build trust.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and business ethics.
  • Working knowledge of desktop computers and MS Office Suite Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented, critical thinking, problem solver.
  • Driven, energetic, and tenacious; willing to work extended hours when necessary and perform at a high level of productivity.
  • Highly adaptable to change.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and attend networking events.
