Position Overview:
The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive
brand marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market growth.
This role requires a deep understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, and marketing
channels. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of leading
cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and Execute Brand Strategy:Create and implement brand marketing strategies
that align with the company’s business objectives and resonate with the target audience.
•Campaign Management:Lead the development, execution, and optimization of marketing
campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and experiential
marketing.
•Brand Positioning:Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all
marketing materials and customer touchpoints, maintaining the brand’s integrity and
identity.
•Consumer Insights:Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform
marketing strategies, product development, and brand positioning.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product, sales, creative, and digital
teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated marketing eGorts.
•Budget Management:Oversee the brand marketing budget, ensuring eGective allocation of
resources and maximizing ROI on marketing investments.
•Performance Tracking:Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and
brand initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
•Content Development:Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content
that supports brand campaigns and drives engagement.
•Brand Partnerships:Identify and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and
collaborations that enhance brand visibility and credibility.
•Event Marketing:Plan and execute brand events, trade shows, and other experiential
marketing activities that build brand awareness and foster customer loyalty.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
•Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies.
