Personnel Security Administrator

On behalf of the European Space Agency, we are looking for a highly skilled Personnel Security Administrator to work in ESA’s ESRIN, Frascati, Italy.

What is expected from you:

• Manage secretarial and administrative service for security activities;
• Coordinate activities and travels of the Head of Service;
• Prepare meetings and manage the time/schedule of senior staffs;
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

What you offer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration or a related field;
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a security or administrative capacity;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management;
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Where:

You will be working within ESRIN, the European Space Agency’s offices in Italy, as a contractor for Telespazio Belgium.
