As a B2B Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our business clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

What you will do but not limited to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Understand the clients' businesses and their goals to provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B account management or relevant sales roles minimum 3-5
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of the digital telecom industry and emerging technologies is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
